Service Description
Designed to foster your physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health. This yoga practice will help you maintain and manage the activities of daily living by keeping your body resilient and strong. This class is shaped to meet a variety of student's needs but also represent a practice that speaks from the teacher's heart. This session will include a chair practice in addition to a gentle movement practice. This training will move at a slow to moderate pace with an emphasis on breathing, physical awareness and relaxation. This will allow you to increase strength, mobility and flexibility while relieving stress. The class will close with a 20 minute guided Yoga Nidra practice to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.
